Since my mind-blowing National Final experience in the 2014-15 Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA), and after a further 3 years repeatedly achieving a place in the regional finals (I pride myself on consistency!) I am so proud this year to have yet again made it through to the Regional Finals of the 2017-18 awards, and at last week's regional ceremony, I was announced as the Regional Highly Commended Winner, coming in a close second behind the Regional Winner who heads on to the National Final.

The regional awards in our area are judged across the whole of Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Cornwall, Bristol & Avon and Gloucester, and are a fantastic accolade for any dedicated wedding supplier who achieves success in their category. I am always so pleased each time I am included in a list of such prestigious industry professionals who find the same drive and excitement in what they do week in week out as I do.

Thank you to my great team of helpers who remain flexible and work tirelessly to help me whenever I need them throughout each summer season.

And thanks mostly has to go to all my brides and grooms from Oct 2016-Oct 2017 who voted for me this time round and helped me grasp my Highly Commended award in my hand this year. Your unfailing belief and support makes everything worthwhile - Jx
