Summer Wedding Season 2016 is finally over, and look what just happened!

It's been the most amazing summer.... what a fantastic troupe of brides, grooms, venues and suppliers I have had the priviledge of working with!

And to top it all off, it was announced this morning that we have been shortlisted for the Regional South West Final of the UK Wedding Industry Awards, in the wedding floristry category. What a triumph, after deciding to go freelance this year and leaving my flower shop behind. I'm totally chuffed, and also so pleased that many of our supplier friends have also been acknowledged for their hard work and skills.

We now have to wait until later in November to find out if we make it through the regionals into the National Final. The suspense is killing us!!

As we head towards our winter weddings and a quieter time through the autumn, I'm looking forward to sharing some of this summers most lovely weddings with you on here.... so more to follow, I promise......
